Field Agent

1099 Subcontractor • OH, KY, IN, TN

Field agents are the backbone of Pro A.F. You’ll work on-site across our 12 service lines — roofing, concrete, masonry, tuck-pointing, gutters, painting, PVC/wood trim, and more — serving HOA communities, condo associations, and apartment complexes. After each job, you complete a CompanyCam photo checklist, log your hours and receipts, and hand off to the office team for invoicing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute repair and maintenance work across assigned communities
  • Complete the CompanyCam checklist on every job (photos, receipts, hours)
  • Follow scope-of-work checklists for each trade
  • Maintain quality standards and safety protocols on every job site
  • Communicate job status and issues to your project lead
  • Submit accurate time and material documentation via the hours form

What We’re Looking For

  • Hands-on trade experience (roofing, masonry, concrete, carpentry, painting, etc.)
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass a 1-week onsite vetting period alongside a trained craftsman
  • Own tools preferred; willingness to learn multiple trades
  • LLC or 1099 contractor status (or willingness to set up)
  • Signing bonus at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year for qualifying hires

Salesperson / Estimator

Full-Time • OH (expanding) Steve to confirm structure

We’re building a dedicated sales function. As an estimator/salesperson, you’ll own the full cycle from site visit to signed proposal — conducting inspections, capturing aerial imagery and site-audit photos, writing detailed scopes, and closing contracts with property managers and HOA boards who need a contractor they can trust.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site inspections and write detailed proposals (aerial images, site-audit photos, scope, warranty terms)
  • Build and maintain relationships with property management companies
  • Present estimates and close contracts for multi-trade projects
  • Follow up on open proposals and manage your pipeline
  • Collaborate with project leads on scope and scheduling
  • Follow per-trade scope-of-work checklists to ensure nothing is missed

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in construction estimating, sales, or property management
  • Strong communication skills — our differentiator is how we communicate
  • Comfort with technology (CRM, digital proposals, mobile tools)
  • Self-motivated; ability to manage your own book of business
  • Knowledge of HOA/PM industry dynamics is a strong plus

Project Lead

Full-Time • OH, KY, IN, TN Steve to confirm details

Project leads are the on-the-ground managers who keep jobs moving. You’ll coordinate crews, manage timelines, approve hours, and serve as the single point of contact for property managers on your assigned communities. As we scale across regions, project leads grow into superintendent and regional director roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee field crews across multiple active job sites
  • Coordinate scheduling, materials, and subcontractor assignments
  • Manage geographic routing — clustering jobs by area for crew efficiency
  • Serve as the primary contact for property managers during active projects
  • Verify hours, approve job completion, and ensure quality standards
  • Report project status and flag issues before they become problems

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years in construction management, field supervision, or similar
  • Experience managing subcontractor crews and multi-trade projects
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable communicating with property managers and board members
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within your region

Full-Time or Part-Time • OH (Remote possible) Steve to confirm

Our operations team keeps the machine running. From job intake and invoicing to payroll verification and scheduling support, admin staff are critical to how we deliver for our clients. We use AI-assisted tools and a modern CRM to streamline workflows — you’ll spend your time on judgment calls and quality checks, not manual data entry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process job intake forms and route to the correct project lead
  • Create and send invoices; verify hours and receipts against job records
  • Handle subcontractor onboarding paperwork (insurance, agreements, docs)
  • Maintain CRM records and project documentation
  • Support payroll verification — cross-check field submissions before processing
  • Coordinate scheduling and communication between field and office

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in office administration, bookkeeping, or operations
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and AI-assisted workflows
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

  • Construction industry experience is a plus but not required

Key Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with property management companies and HOA boards
  • Attend community meetings and industry events as a Pro A.F. representative
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing client portfolios
  • Support subcontractor recruiting through industry networking
  • Coordinate with sales team on proposal follow-ups and account retention
  • Deliver monthly report-outs to PM companies showing completed work and value delivered

  • Self-directed; comfortable working independently
  • Understanding of HOA/condo community dynamics
