A successful project is expected. Confidence throughout the process is earned. Our standard defines how that confidence is built.
It shapes the way we communicate. The way we document our work. The way we educate our clients. The way we solve problems. The way we stand behind our recommendations. Most importantly, it shapes the way we serve the communities that place their trust in us.
We believe every recommendation, every repair, and every project should maximize the value of the community’s investment—not simply create the next job.
That’s our standard.
Over more than 25 years in construction, restoration, insurance adjusting, and commercial maintenance, I had the opportunity to see this industry from every perspective.
I sat in board meetings where difficult decisions had to be made with limited information. I listened to reserve funding discussions where every dollar mattered. I responded to emergency calls that demanded immediate action. I worked alongside property managers balancing resident concerns, board expectations, budgets, contractors, and the countless responsibilities that come with managing a community.
Time after time, I watched good people put in impossible positions. Property managers were expected to explain construction scopes they didn’t create. Volunteer board members were asked to make technical decisions they were never trained to make. Neither should have to become roofing experts, drainage specialists, construction consultants, or insurance adjusters simply to make responsible decisions for their community.
That’s when I realized something. Communities didn’t need another contractor. They needed a partner who could help them understand the problem before asking them to approve the solution. That’s why PRO AF was created.
Every recommendation we make runs through the same three pillars — the standard that doesn’t change from one project to the next.
We help property managers and boards understand the condition of their assets, the risks they face, and the options available to them. An informed board makes better long-term decisions.
We document everything. We explain everything. We communicate honestly. Our recommendations are based on facts, not sales objectives. Trust is built through transparency.
Every recommendation is measured against one question: Does this maximize the value of the community’s investment? Whether we’re evaluating a roof, drainage system, retaining wall, siding, or concrete, the objective remains the same—protect existing assets, improve long-term performance, and help communities realize the greatest possible return on every investment.
Property managers already have enough responsibility. Board members already volunteer enough of their time. Neither should have to become construction experts just to make confident decisions.
When communities partner with PRO AF, they gain more than a contractor. They gain a trusted resource that communicates clearly, documents thoroughly, explains honestly, performs consistently, and approaches every recommendation with the community’s best interests in mind. That is the PRO AF Standard.
